Refund & Cancellation Policy – Sai Info Services (Authorized Tata Play Channel Partner)

1. General Policy
As an authorized channel partner for Tata Play, our refund policy is aligned with policies set forth by Tata Play Limited.
The amount paid for DTH connection hardware (Set-Top Box, Dish Antenna, etc.) and installation is generally non-refundable once installation is completed and service is activated.
2. Cancellation Before Installation
If you wish to cancel your new DTH connection request, you must do so before the installation team arrives at your location.
To cancel, please call us immediately at 7449059229.
If you made an online payment, a full refund will be processed within 30 days, subject to a cancellation fee of up to ₹500 (if applicable).
No cancellation is possible after the installation has begun.
3. Defective Hardware
In the rare event that hardware (Set-Top Box or other components) is found to be defective upon installation, it will be replaced free of charge by our installation technician.
This is covered under the 1-year warranty provided by Tata Play.
No refund will be issued, but a replacement will be provided.
4. Service Issues
Refunds are not provided for issues related to signal reception, channel availability, or other service-related problems after activation.
These issues fall under the purview of Tata Play's customer support.
We will assist you in raising a complaint with Tata Play to resolve the issue promptly.
5. Subscription Pack Charges
The amount recharged for monthly or long-term subscription packs is non-refundable.
Once a pack is activated, the balance is managed by Tata Play and cannot be refunded by us.
